Gules three pallets Argent overall an eagle displayed Azure armed langued and beaked Or charged on the breast with the central device of the Miraculous Medal given by the Blessed Virgin to St. Catherine Laboure on the 27 November 1830 (videlicet: issuant from a barrulet fretted between the minims of a capital letter 'M' a long cross) all Or, on a chief Azure a harp Or stringed Argent between to the dexter a cinquefoil Ermine and to the sinister an escallop Argent, all within a bordure Argent.
