Origin/meaning

In the 1990s, the heraldic artist A. Silaev designed many sleeve insignia for the Federal Border Service. At the heart of all the signs were the coats of arms of the cities where the border units were stationed. If the city did not have a historical coat of arms he composed his own arms and put it on the sleeve sign. The sleeve insignia were approved by the authorities of the border troops and were actually used by the military, therefore Silaev's projects "came to life" and, apparently, were known to local residents. For the village of Kazakevichevo he proposed the above arms.
