Company
This is a series of stickers with the arms of French arms, issued by the company La Tour - Cadet Roussel. As the images are the same as from Ellsa I presume there have been 50 images issued. The reverse has the name and some background of the town in three languages.
I have no further information on the series or the company. Any information is welcome !
