En campo de plata, una torre de oro sobre ondas de agua de azur, acostada de dos navíos afrontados, con las velas recogidas, de su color, y resaltada en su base de un tercer navío también al natural, con la vela desplegada cargada con una cruz llana de gules. Bordura de oro con la leyenda en letras de sable "Armas de la Noble y Leal Villa de Laredo". Al timbre : Corona real moderna.
