German	In Silber auf grünem Boden ein grüner, von einer goldenen Schlange umwundener Eichenstumpf mit beiderseits drei Blättern; darauf ein goldbewehrter roter Hahn mit erhobenem rechten Fuß.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted in 1938 and again on June 4, 1998.

The arms are base don the only known seal of the village, dating from the early 17th century. The meaning of the arms is not known.
