В зелёном поле три золотых сходящихся острия: два в главе, образующие вписанный лазоревый опрокинутый клин и одно снизу; нижнее остриё обременено червленым, с чёрной сердцевиной, на зеленом стебле с листьями цветком горицвета и сопровождено по сторонам, в зелени – веткой шиповника с серебряным цветком с золотыми сердцевиной и тычинками и того же металла веткой и листьями (причём листья расположены ближе к боковым краям поля).
