Un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat în furcă răsturnată. În dreapta, în câmp roșu, se află o oaie de aur. În stânga, în câmp auriu, se află o sondă de extracție neagră. În vârful scutului, în câmp albastru, se află o biserică de argint, văzută din față, cu pridvor, având 3 deschideri arcuite în partea superioară, cea din mijloc mai mare, cu două frontoane încărcate cu 4 firide; frontonul de jos are o firidă de formă dreptunghiulară, iar cel de sus are 3 firide arcuite în partea superioară; biserica este înălțată printr-o turlă acoperită dotată cu 3 ferestre și timbrată de o cruciuliță. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

The sheep refers to the name of the locality (oaie=sheep) and according to a legend, the founders of the commune would have been an old man and a midwife who, having a sheep, was called by the locals "the midwife with the sheep".
