Un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tripartit, având un brâu undat, de argint. În partea superioară, în dreapta, în câmp albastru, se află o moară de apă. În partea superioară, în stânga, în câmp auriu, se află o ramură de stejar cu trei frunze și două ghinde, în culori naturale. În vârful scutului, în câmp verde, se află un palat cu opt ferestre, despărțite la mijloc de un corp central cu etaj și fronton, având o scară dublă de acces, cu câte trei deschideri arcuite la fiecare nivel, de argint. Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on January 6, 2010.
The water mill (moara) is a canting element. The oak branch refers to the Codrii Vlăsiei estate.
The wavy and tripartite bar symbolizes the three rivers that cross the locality: Mostiștea, Cociovaliștea and Vlăsia.
The palace refers to the architectural monument erected by the ruler Dimitrie Ghica in 1837, in the village of Căciulați.
The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
