MOULIN-NEUF (DORDOGNE)

Département : Dordogne

Blason de Moulin-Neuf (Dordogne)
Official blazon
French

De sinople à la fasce ondée d'argent accompagnée de quatre fers de moulin d'or.

English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The arms were adopted in 1997.

The arms symbolise the Isle river that runs through the village, surrounded by the green valley. The four mill irons refer to the large mill, with four wheels, that gave the village it's name (Moulin-Neuf means new mill).
