D'or au lion de sable armé et lampassé de gueules, et couronné d'or, au baton de gueules bro chant sur le tout: couronne comtale à treize perles dont trois relevées.
Origin/meaning
These are the arms of the former County Namur. They have been in use for many centuries and as provincial arms since 1815.
