Niger - République du Niger

National Arms of Niger

National symbols

Administrative division

Niger is divided into 7 Regions and one capital district. These Regions are subdivided into 36 departments. The 36 Departments are divided into 265 municipalities (communes), including communes urbaines (subdivisions of major cities), communes rurales (in sparsely populated areas and postes administratifs (for largely uninhabited desert areas or military zones).

As far as I know, none of these uses a heraldic device or coat of arms.
