History: Raised at Charmy Down in November 1941.

A horses head couped sable crined argent.

Origin/meaning

The Squadron was stationed at Manston and Lympne in Kent. Thus the Horse's head allude to the Rampant Horse in the Arms of Kent. The badge was granted in October 1944.
