History:Formed at Farnborough in April 1926.

Motto: Semper resurgens

Origin/meaning

The Swords indicated the fighting Spirit of those trained by the Group who revitilise (allude by the Phoenix) the RAF with every Generation. The Motto transaltes as ”Always rising again”. The Badge was approved in March 1948.
