In from of an arrow the point uppermost in bend Or a rose argent.
Motto : Nulla rosa sine spina

Origin/meaning

The Rose symbolises Yorkshire and the Arrow speed. The Motto which translates as "No rose without a thorn" alludes to the Rose of the Badge. The later was approved in June 1941.
