NORDKAPP

Province : Finnmark

Arms of Nordkapp

Official blazon

Delt av gull og rødt ved enkelt venstre trappesnitt.

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on October 19, 1973.

The arms show simplified the Noth Cape, Europe's northernmost point, which is a large cliff. The arms thus show the sea and the cliff under a golden sky.
