Escudo de azul com um pano de muralha ladeado de duas torres ameadas, moventes da ponta e dos flancos, tudo de prata, lavrado de negro, aberto e iluminado de vermelho; nascente da muralha, uma oliveira de sua cor, frutada de ouro, acompanhada em chefe de duas cruzes da Ordem de Cristo. Coroa mural de cinco torres de prata. Listel branco com a legenda de negro, em maiúsculas " OLIVEIRA DE AZEMÉIS ".
