Escudo de Ontiñena-Huesca. Escudo de azur -que simboliza el río Alcanadre y el tradicional festejo que el pueblo hace al agua, y con el significado de justicia, lealtad y perseverancia, con tres ontinas en palo - armas parlantes que expresan el nombre de Ontiñena-, la central de mayor tamaño que las otras dos, que son iguales entre si, de oro; la ontina mayor va cargada de escudete con el Señal Real de Aragón: de oro cuatro palos de gules, en recuerdo y significación de su pertenencia a la actual Comunidad Autónoma de Aragón. Al tiembre, corona real cerrada según se advierte utilizaba la Alcaldía de Ontiñena a fines del siglo XIX, y que puede representarse con un arco de oro engastado de piedra
