Escudo de prata, uma águia estendida de vermelho, bicada e sancada de negro, coleirada com coronel de ouro, sustendo nas garras o escudo de Portugal antigo. Coroa mural de cinco torres de prata. Listel branco com a legenda de negro : " CIDADE DE OURÉM ".
