Un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, despicat. În dreapta, în câmp de argint, se află un vas bitronconic roșu cu picior. În stânga, în câmp verde, se află un cap de bour de argint. În șef, în câmp roșu, se află două brațe de aur, care își dau mâna, înveșmântate în cămăși, pe care se află motive geometrice distincte, pe brațul drept romburi, pe brațul stâng cruci. Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on November 24, 2004.

The vessel symbolizes the archeological finds dating from the Neolithic era, discovered on the territory of the commune.

The ox's head reminds that until 1948 the locality was called Valea Bourului.

The arms are the symbol of friendship and peaceful coexistence for over 200 years, between Romanians and Ukrainians, the Romanians being represented by the geometric motif with diamonds, and the Ukrainians by the one with crosses.

The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
