+Shoulder Sleeve Insignia.  Description:  On a white horizontal rectangle arched convexly at top and bottom and edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) blue border, a horizontal blue wavy bar bearing a silver gray dolphin garnished white on its ventral side, enbowed.  Attached above a silver gray scroll edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) blue border inscribed “PACIFIC” in blue letters and attached below a silver gray scroll edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) blue border inscribed “HIGH SCHOOL” in blue letters.
