Portuguese Escudo de negro, com três espigas de milho de ouro, folhadas de verde, enfaixadas e atadas de vermelho em ponta, acompanhadas por duas foicinhas de prata com os cabos cruzados em aspa. Em contra-chefe, um rio de três faixas ondadas, duas de prata e uma de azul. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com a legenda de negro : " VILA DE PAREDES DE COURA ".
