Escudo de azul, um castelo de prata, lavrado de negro, aberto e iluminado de vermelho, encimado em cada torre lateral por um corvo negro, apontados, acompanhados à dextra e à sinistra de uma estrela de sete raios de ouro e de um crescente de prata invertido. Em ponta, dois montes de ouro, cada um carregado de uma arruela do campo. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com a palavra: " PENACOVA ".
