Escudo de vermelho, com um castelo de prata aberto e iluminado de negro sobre um monte de verde realçado de prata. chefe de prata com um leopardo passante de vermelho, com uma coroa de flores de sua cor, na mão direita. Coroa mural de quatro torres de prata. Listel branco, com a legenda : " VILA DE PENEDONO ", a negro.

The arms were officially granted on April 20, 1935.
