Official blazon

A golpe charged with a snowy owl wings addorsed and inverted perched on a white birch tree stump proper intertwined with a sugar maple tree stump Or, all within the Miscellaneous Badge Frame,
Motto: Integre agere.

Origin/meaning

Purple is representative of the unit as a “Purple Trade,” which serves more than one element (navy, army or air force) of the Canadian Armed Forces. The snowy owl, a symbol of wisdom and vigilance, embodies the unit’s know-how and efficiency in providing services. The interlaced white birch and sugar maple trees, species indigenous to the area, symbolize Ottawa and Gatineau, the two sister cities served by the unit. The stumps allude to the support provided by the unit, and their roots represent the diversity and number of services offered. The Motto translates as "Actions through integrity" indicates the Unit's Mission. The badge was granted February 15, 2022.
