In Schwarz wachsend der Ausschnitt eines zweigeschossigen goldenen Arkadenganges von einem ganzen und je einem seitlichen halben Bogen.

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on July 13, 1981.

The arms show part of the arcades in the court of Bertholdstein castle. The castle, a fortress for centuries, is now a Benedictine nunnery.
