Official blazon

Un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, despicat. În dextra, în câmpul roșu, tăiat de un brâu undat de argint, se află deasupra o cruce treflată de aur, iar dedesubt un vultur de argint. În senestra, în câmp albastru, se află un munte de argint și o floare de colț din același metal, cu stamine de aur. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on March 23, 2016.

The trefoil cross symbolizes the faith of the inhabitants. The wavy bar represents the hydrography of the locality, the Hășdate river.

The Edelweiss flower and the eagle symbolize the flora and fauna of the area.

The mountain refers to the Turzii Gorges.

The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
