Un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat în furcă răsturnată. În dreapta, în câmp auriu, se află o ramură de prun cu două fructe și două frunze verzi, dintre care una orientată în sus, iar cealaltă spre stânga. În stânga, în câmp argintiu, se află o sondă de foraj neagră. În vârful scutului se află un brâu undat de argint. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on May 6, 2014.
The branch with the two plums evokes the fruit cultivation in the area.
The well symbolizes the local oil industry.
The undulating belt represents the two rivers that cross the municipality, respectively Cotmeana and Teleorman.
The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
