Escudo de prata, armação de moinho de negro, cordoada do mesmo, vestida de azul e barco de negro mastreado e cordoado do mesmo, vestido de vermelho, alinhados em faixa, entre cruz da Ordem de Cristo, em chefe e campanha diminuta de três burelas ondadas de verde e prata. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ FREGUESIA DO PORTO SANTO “.
