Arms : Vert, on a cross engrailed argent between in the first and fourth quarters a chick and in the second and third quarters an egg Or, a cross throughout gules, thereon an ear of wheat, slipped and leaved, of the third.
Crest: On a wreath of the colours, In front of seven game-cocks' feathers, three in bend, one erect and three in bend sinister, a cock's head couped, all proper.
Motto: Ever vigilant.
