В лазоревом (синем, голубом) поле на узкой зеленой оконечности, окаймленной серебром, две выходящие слева золотые горы с плоскими зелеными вершинами, одна позади другой (причем передняя стоит на оконечности, а задняя - на окаймлении оконечности); посередине - две соединенные разнонаправленные отвлеченные серебряные конские головы, поддерживающие языками две золотые головки пшеничных колосьев, положенные в пояс и разнонаправленные, соединенные черной гайкой, а на концах завершенные золотыми писчими перьями. Девиз «ОТ УЧЕНИЯ К МАСТЕРСТВУ» начертан золотыми литерами на лазоревой, с золотым подбоем, ленте.
