Campus/location : Queenstown, Eastern Cape

Coat of arms (crest) of Queen's College (Queenstown)

Official blazon

  • (en) On a black background a shield, bordered orange, enclosing a design of a kudu saliant, in orange, issuing from an orange crown which contains five gems, coloured red and green alternately. Below the shield is a scroll in orange bearing the motto ESSE QUAM VIDERI in black.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on November 7, 1945.
