The oldest seal is known since 1417, but dates from the late 14<sup>th</sup> century. The seal already showed the local patron saint, St. Margareth, with the dragon. On seals from 1516 until the 17<sup>th</sup> century only the dragon appeared. Later seals and images show again the saint.
