In Rot auf silbernem Pferd mit schwarzem Sattel- und Zaumzeug St. Georg in goldener Rüstung, rechtshin reitend und einen goldenen Drachen tötend.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on August 2, 1957.

The arms shows the local patron saint, Saint George, killing a dragon. He is shown as a canting knight (Ritter). The village already used the saint in its seals since the 19th century.
