ROYAL NAVAL RESERVE PARAGON, ROYAL NAVY

History: HMS Paragon was the Royal Navy Base at Hartlepool 1939-1945. A Royal Naval Reserve Unit at Stockton 1984-1992.

English White; upon a cushion black corded and tasselled gold a paragon proper.

Origin/meaning

A Paragon is a perfect Diamond of 100 carats. The Badge was approved 1984.
