Escudo de vermelho, com uma torre sineira de prata, lavrada de negro, aberta do campo e com sino de ouro e dois ramos de oliveira de prata, frutados de negro, dispostos em orla, com os pés passados em aspa e atados de ouro. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: «GUIMARÃES - S. SEBASTIÃO».
