I en sköld av silver en röd pinass med däruti ställda tvenne korslagda musköter av samma färg.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted in 1927.

The arms are based on the first seal of the city from 1620. The two guns refer to the famous gunsmiths of the area at the time.
