Badge: On a field Argent, the base wavy Azure charged with a bas wavy Argent, a Viking Ship affronté proper, the oval shield on eith side of the hull Or, on the sail Azure a mullet Or, all whitin a cicular border of cable Or, ensigned with tha crest of the Arms of the Republic of South Africa proper, upon a tablet Or, bearing the name JIM FOUCHÉ in letters Sable.

Origin/meaning

The Badge was the type Badge of Missile Strike Craft only the symbol of the Sail changed to indicated the Ships namesake. The Ships was named for South African Ministers of Defence since 1912.
