Official blazon

Origin/meaning

A Submarine in Service 1971-2003. Named for a Voortrekker Heroine, who survived a Zulu attack on her Party in 1838. Despite suffering more than 20 Assegaai wounds. In 1999 renamed SAS Assegaai.
