Origin/meaning
The arms were officially adopted on June 16, 2022.
The chief is taken from the arms of Normandie. The image of Saint martin of Tours is canting and refers to the local patron saint. The rose is a symbol for Our Lady of Chartres, after whom the second part of the village name is named.
