Di azzurro, alla effigie di San Vitaliano Vescovo, benedicente, in maestà, posto a sinistra, movente dalla punta, il viso e le mani di carnagione, barbuto di nero, il Santo con la mitria d’oro, rabescata dello stesso, aureolato d’oro, vestito con il camice d’argento e con il piviale dello stesso, ricamato d’oro, foderato di rosso, con la stola d’argento ornata da ricami d’oro, tenente con la mano sinistra il pastorale d’oro, posto in palo, il Santo attraversante la campagna di verde e il campo d’azzurro, accompagnato dal palmizio, nodrito nella campagna a destra, con il tronco al naturale e la chioma di verde. Sotto lo scudo, su lista bifida e svolazzante di azzurro, il motto, in lettere maiuscole di nero, PALMULA PRISTINUM NOMEN MEUM. Ornamenti esteriori da Comune.
