Il secondo alla figura di Sant'Olcese vescovo in campo di cielo, accostato da un orso bruno fermo; nel fianco destro, una torre di pietra merlata alla guelfa, chiusa e finestrata di due, fondata su un colle al naturale; nel fianco sinistro, un albero pure al naturale inclinato su un mulino con il tetto di rosso.
