Escudo prata, um ramo florido de hortências de sua cor e dois feixes de três espigas de milho de ouro, folhadas de verde, tudo posto em roquete. Coroa mural de prata de cinco torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro : “ SANTANA “.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on February 1, 2001.

Unfortunately I have no background information on these arms. Any information is welcome !

The previous arms were granted on March 6, 1957 and only differ in the crown.
