State : Baden-Württemberg
District (Kreis) : Waldshut (until 1973 Hochschwarzwald)
Incorporated into : 1971 Albtal (1974 Sankt Blasien)
German | In Silber auf grünem Dreiberg zwei grüne Tannen, zwischen ihnen schwebend der schwarze Großbuchstabe S.
Origin/meaningThe arms were granted in 1910. The arms are derived from the meaning of name of the village, derived from "In den Holzschlägen". Holz is wood, which is symbolised by the trees. To distinguish the arms from other arms with pine trees, the letter S was added. Contact and SupportPartners: Your logo here ?
