Ein durch einen blauen Wellenbalken geteilter Schild, der im oberen goldenen Feld eine grüne aus der Schildesteilung wachsende Föhre, im unteren schwarzen Feld drei goldene Steine zwei zu eins gestellt zeigt.

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on January 29, 1980.

The lower half of the arms are canting; the blue bar is the Schwarzau, the lower field with stones the Steinfeld (stonefield). The upper half symbolises the forests in the region.
