В зеленом поле черная фигура, образованная совмещением левой и верхней половины правой перевязей, тонко окаймленная золотом и обремененная в каждом из трех углов золотой восьмиконечной звездой, сопровождаемая вверху и справа золотыми елями со стволами тогоже металла, а внизу слева золотой открытой (рогами вверх) подковой с открытыми гвоздевыми отверстиями и вложенным в нее серебряным с лазоревым центром цветком; поверх всего, в центре, золотое колесо - с шиной, спицами и осевой частью того же металла,с черным центральным отверстием.
