Wappen von Serno/Arms (crest) of Serno
Official blazon
English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on March 19, 2008.

The boar is taken from the old seal of the village, which showed a boar in front of a tree. As this composition was already used by Roxförde and Wörlitz the lower half was added. The lower half shows two oak leaves for the local forests and three pillars, symbolising the special architecture of the local church.
