Origin/meaning
The gules colour of the field of the shield refers to fire, as a primitive element for sending signals and to the sacrifice of the Unit for the maintenance of links. The tower with the torch is a reference to one of the oldest systems used for surveillance and communication. The links of the chains symbolize the nodal centers that constitute the basic skeleton of the network, which is established for the link of the command posts. The Coat of Arms was approved on 23 April 2010.
