There are still ruins of solar temples in the area, destroyed when the Spanish qunquered the area. The second quarter shows a Phrygian hat, symbol of liberation and peace. The third quarter shows a bull's head, symbol of agriculture. The fourth quarter shows some pales of steel, symbolising mining and steel manufacturing in the area.
