Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on October 5, 2011.

The cross signifies the cult buildings in the locality, as well as the stone cross, which dates from the time of Mihai Viteazu.

The wavy bar represents the Dâmbovița river. The tree symbolizes the forest richness of the area.

The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
