Un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat în furcă răsturnată, rostuit negru. În dreapta, în câmp albastru, se află o poartă boltită cu acoperiș triunghiular, cu cruce deasupra; batanții porții sunt susținuți de doi stâlpi, cu postament paralelipipedic, uniți printr-o grindă transversală, totul de argint. În partea superioară a porții se văd elementele de îmbinare, realizate în stil tradițional cu cuie de lemn. În stânga, în câmp roșu, se află reprezentat stilizat un cap de bovideu, de argint. În partea de jos, în câmp de aur, se află reprezentați patru brazi de culoare verde, așezați aleatoriu în semicerc spre vârful scutului. La vârful scutului se află trei valuri albastre. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on August 19, 2015.

The stylized gate with the sign of the cross represents the entrance gate to the old wooden church in the locality, built in 1734 and renovated in 1786, being the only proof regarding the antiquity and the Christian tradition of the locality.

The head of the calf symbolizes the main occupation of the inhabitants, raising animals.

Fir trees symbolize the forest wealth of the area, and their number indicates the number of component villages of the commune.

The waves represent the Mureș River with its three tributaries, the Duda, Călnaci and Muscă streams.

The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
